This traditional Champagne apéritif is made, when harvested, from our best non fermented grape juices from our old vines.

Ratafia is the result of a wise mix of grape musts and wine alcohol to give it 18% volume.

Its ageing in oak barrels gives it a nice amber colour, a powerful nose with expressive hints of prunes, cherries in eau de vie.

Should be served chilled for an aperitif or to accompany melon, Italian ham; foie gras and figs.
